We do everything in our power to ensure that orders arrive on time. Carriers provide us with approximate delivery dates. Although rare, shipments may arrive on a different date than estimated.

Baloo is not responsible for the cost of the possible tariffs that may be caused in the shipments.

How can I track my order?

Baloo will send you an email during the purchase process to keep you informed about the status of your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and your package tracking number.


In the event of not being satisfied with the selected products, you will have 15 working days to change or return your order, counting from the day of receipt of the order (without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons).

Returned items must not be used, damaged, washed, etc. (Makeup and deodorant stained products will not be accepted).

To make the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Of course, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and the return postage will be at your expense.

Returns and exchange policy:

The deadline to make a return or exchange is within 15 calendar days following receipt of the product.

The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels and you must include the purchase receipt in the box.

Once we receive the package in the store, we will process the return. You will be reimbursed the value of the product by the same means in which the purchase was made. If it was made by transfer, a bank account will be requested to make a transfer.

If what you need is to make an exchange for another size or product, you just have to process the return and reorder with the product you want.

To make a return, it is essential to notify us by email to and WAIT TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE EMAIL from us confirming that the product meets the deadlines and requirements to be returned.  DO NOT SEND THE GARMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT AN EMAIL INFORMING AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY OUR PART, SINCE THE RETURN WILL NOT BE MADE.

Keep the proof of shipment because in case of incidence with it, it will serve as proof against possible claims.
Otherwise, Baloo is not responsible for the return.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we sent them to you. Otherwise (in case we receive the dirty, damaged, used product…) no refund of the product will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be paid by the customer.


Baloo reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED BY EMAIL AND ACCEPTED BY BALOO. If you have returned an item that cannot be returned, we will contact you and send it to you freight collect.
